- Recommended to keep the watch software updated.

Installation and use
- Thread the T1 into the free HP port (use appropriate sealant/gasket) and tighten to the torque recommended by the regulator manufacturer.
- Pair the transmitter from the air integration menu of the Descent.
- Verify watertightness and readings before the dive.
🔧 Important note — Placement for best range
Install the T1 on the same side of the body as the wrist where you wear the computer, position the tank high and ensure line of sight between the watch and transmitter. Actual range depends on position, equipment and environment.
🔧 Important Note — T1 vs T2
The T1 provides air integration. If you also want underwater messaging and expanded equipment/group monitoring, pair a Descent Mk3i with the T2 Transmitter.
🔧 Important Note — Battery
Check the battery level before each dive and carry a spare CR123A. Replace the battery when the watch indicates a low level to maintain reliable readings.
